With the aim of solving the numerous problems
currently arising when compressing oxygen and the frequent breakdowns of
existing oxygen compressors, we in Ceimsa have applied our wide experience
in this field to develop an oxygen compressor of controlled volume and low
revolutions per minute (RPM), with a cooling system in the compression heads
and in the piston liners so that the oxygen exits at low temperature thus
lengthening the useful life of the machine and improving its performance.
It is a Micro-controlled Compressor of variable speed from 0 to18 m3/h
designed to compress oxygen in two stages at 100 – 150 or 200 bars,
programmable.

POWER PRESSURE:
(From 0 to 6 Bar)
This machine is supplied to work with an oxygen
entry feed of 4 bars (this pressure can vary by more or less). Once the
pressure at which we want to work is set the compressor will stop if the
pressure goes below the established pressure, giving warning that the
pressure is insufficient while waiting for the pressure to rise. When the
pressure rises it will automatically become operative again. Minimum and
maximum pressures can be modified.
PRESSURE OF LOAD:
(100 - 150 or 200 Bar)
Setting the compressor in operation is designed
so that the operator cannot commit any errors when selecting the filling
pressure, for this reason, when switching on the machine a message appears
on the display indicating that you must choose the desired loading
pressure. Having chosen the pressure another message appears to confirm the
pressure chosen. After confirming this, yet another message appears asking
whether you wish to start the machine at the chosen pressure which means the
operator must reconfirm before the compressor will start working.
CONTROLS:
These compressors are fitted with all kinds of
electric and electronic controls of both pressure and temperature. The
temperature controls stop the compressor if there is overheating due to a
lack of cooling liquid, excess heat or another cause. Once the temperature
has been established the machine will continue its cycle.
The Compressor will stop automatically and go on
stand-by if there is no consumption, when the cylinders are full or there
are no cylinders to be filled, and when the machine has reached the maximum
pre-set pressure.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
The OXICOMP is normally used to fill oxygen
cylinders but it can also fill cylinders and at the same time supply a
Hospital Network at low pressure by means of a regulator.
MAINTENANCE:
Our compressors, unlike those existing in
the international market, have low cost maintenance, approximately 10% of
their price over five years.
Every 5.000 hours operation you are recommended
to clean the Non-return valves of the Compressor. These valves can be
checked by loosening the adaptors. If any of them are not in good condition
they must be replaced (the price of the valve is very economical).
Every 6.000 hours operation you must loosen and
clean the pressure translators.
Very 10.000 hours operation you must check the
complete Pressure Modules. For this reason you are advised to have a spare
module for replacement in case of check-ups or possible breakdowns. |
