PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION VALVE
FOR TOURTNIQUET
CEIMSA HCM 7.7.3.

CHARACTERISTICS

CONNECTOR TO EQUIPMENT SOCKET
TRIPLE VALVE NC
PRESSURE INDICATING PILOT LIGHTS
PRESSURE OUTLETS
BOX MEASUREMENTS: 80 x 40 x 21
HOW TO USE:

When using the double union nipples it is possible to connect this distribution valve to an ischemia outlet.

Once the value has been connected to the tourniquet, position the two connection cables to the hose and open one of the valves No. 2 (note that the indicator does not correspond to the valve, colour indication will appear)

Using the tourniquet regulator, make the pressure increase or decrease until considered appropriate (but the patient must not bleed).  If the patient should bleed during the intervention, apply more pressure.

When you wish to change position, you must open the opposite valve and wait a few seconds to make sure the chamber is well blown up and then you must open the opposite valve.  Change position as often as necessary.

Remember that the pressure can be modified to more or less, depending on the needs of the patient, and as often as considered convenient, on doctor’s advice.
