Generating and filling oxygen and air installations of Ceimsa Electromedicina S.L.
GUARANTEE:
Ceimsa Electromedicina S.L. guarantees the maximum quality of their equipment for a period of 12 months in accordance with the following guarantee conditions: The guarantee includes the change and replacement, without cost, of all their manufactured parts acknowledged as defective by the technical services of Ceimsa. The guarantee does not include normal wear-and-tear or consequential damage, breakdowns caused by insufficient maintenance, incorrect handling, and lack of skill in handling or inadequate use of the equipment. All guarantee work will be carried out in Ceimsa premises. Shipment expenses in both directions will be the responsibility of the client; therefore Ceimsa will not accept responsibility for possible damage caused to the equipment during this transport. The guarantee will not include breakdown or damage to the equipment attributable to transformations carried out without the written consent of Ceimsa. The change of parts under guarantee shall in no circumstance prolong or renew the date of the guarantee. The date of guarantee will commence on the date of the delivery note. The Buyer has full responsibility for all the components attached to the compressors which might contaminate the oxygen.
CEIMSA’s only obligation will be to replace the product shown to be defective only where the defect has not been caused by mistaken use, abuse, accident or inadequate care.
